'One of the best vocalists of the UKG music scene'

Nesha - UK Garage fans will know her from the song ‘What’s It Gonna Be?’ produced by Sticky.

Born and raised in West London by Caribbean parents, her family were a part of Reggae sound system DBC (The Dread Broadcasting Corporation) and Nesha was recording jingles for radio as soon as she could talk!

Nesha was working in a hair salon in Central London when her boss June Forbes heard her singing, and introduced her to the head of independent label Props Records. Following the success of ‘What’s It Gonna Be?’ the album ‘Know My Name’ was released in Europe.

Nesha’s accolades include presenting on BBC radio station 1xtra, live on-set broadcasts from Trinidad, Notting Hill and Leeds Carnivals, songwriting and production work and most recently a collaboration with Magugu Music | Magugu (bandcamp.com). Other collabs include Black Magik, Addictive and Ransom Badbonez.

In June 2024 Nesha goes on a five-date arena UK tour as part of the UK Garage All Stars.

This year Nesha will be releasing a remix of ‘What’s It Gonna Be?’.
